The mailbox is rarely full these days, but there’s still a little thrill like I had today, when you receive that handwritten note or card from someone who took the time to think of you and share their thoughts.

A fresh stack of cards waits for my return correspondence, or to fill with a line or two to send to a friend to let them know they have been on my mind.
