Perhaps it should be hashtag “year-give-or-take of gratitude” instead?!

In reflecting on gratitude, perhaps some days do not result in a completed blog post. It does not mean the reflection did not happen … although on some days, it is okay to give oneself grace in acknowledging a less-than-stellar day! Like so many things in life, if you take something that brings joy and turn it into an obligation, it may be time to reframe it and try a new approach. Or just give yourself a bit of grace and room for a bit of give-or-take.
