Another stressful year for tree growers, with drought conditions stunting some tree growth, left trees at the farmers’ market picked over only a couple weeks after opening for the season. So it was with gratitude I found one that came within inches of the living room ceiling, where it sits ready for strings of lights and ornaments.

So love the lights of a Christmas tree and such a symbol of hope and more. Will be missing the kitties sleeping under the tree. May this tree bring seasonal joy to you all as we wind this year down.
