No Spring Skips Its Turn

“No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn.” ~ Hal Borland

Garden bench waiting for Spring

Garden benches still buried in snow, ski trails freshly groomed, robins lying in wait somewhere — it is Spring in northern Minnesota!

  1. Don’t know what you’re talking about, Kat. It’s spring, and springy! (He says, two months later.)

  2. Your icicle picture is truly beautiful. It really captures all this melting, melting going on. It’s 52 degrees here right now! What is it in your neck of the woods, Kat? Wishing you a Happy Easter weekend…

  3. I love the picture of the ice spears at the end! We thought we had started spring last week, but then we got a snow storm. Oh well, it will get here eventually.

  4. I think spring is creeping into the forefront here in the Pacific Northwest…unless like me, she decides it’s still too cool-ish to venture forth without a coat and hat and gloves and scarf and boots… 😦

  5. Hopefully spring warmth and sun will start to melt our snow on the ground soon. I’l looking forward to daffodils and robins.

  6. They are predicting up to a foot of snow here in Indy by tomorrow – sure doesn’t feel like spring!
