As fall colors start to fade, get out for a walk or a run. Appreciate the crunch of fallen leaves under your feet, the light filtered through sparser canopies of orange and gold, and crisp chill of the air.
Ciao! ~ Kat

This quote often has to be my running mantra — after basically taking a year off from running have been SLOWLY trying to work back into it and signed up for the local Gobble Gallop 5K as incentive. If I have to walk a few steps here and there, no worries, the joy is in the journey!

You should make posters of this. I would love one on my living room wall.

Thank you so much, Lucinda! I just snapped this shot with my iPhone while on a run with my favorite running companion, and then brightened it a bit in the photo editor. Feel free to download and enjoy from my Facebook page 🙂 https://www.facebook.com/TravelGardenEat
